The Nude Window is a go-to on the Sunshine Coast for bespoke window furnishings, crafting everything from curtains to motorised blinds for homes and businesses. I completed intensive Voice of the Customer research that revealed exactly how builders, designers and homeowners think about window furnishings - from the technical specs builders need to the aesthetic details that sway homeowners. 

This helped me understand the specific language, priorities and decision-making triggers for the brand’s audience.

After briefing sessions with the team, where we mapped out how different customers move through their sales process, I identified key conversion points, common objections and what information each audience needs at different stages of their journey.

Armed with these insights, I developed:

  • A unified brand voice that could flex for different audiences

  • Clear conversion pathways for each product category
